Sauvignon Blanc
An easy-drinking, fresh, and fruity white wine. Pale yellow in color with a lively, fruity aroma featuring grapefruit, pineapple, and green apple. High acidity.
Pairs well with seafood and pasta.

Sauvignon Blanc 4 months
Aged for at least 4 months in French and Spanish oak barrels. Deeper straw-yellow color compared to the younger version. Tropical and honeyed aroma with a rich citrus fruit flavor. Rounded, soft acidity.

Verdejo
A lively, fruity, and citrusy white wine. The aroma also features herbal notes and passion fruit. Soft, acidic, and refreshing. Aged on lees for at least 6 months. A great wine to enjoy on its own or paired with seafood, salad, or pasta.

Tinta De Toro
An intense deep purple-red color. The aroma reveals dark fruits like cherry and plum, along with spicy notes. Full-bodied and powerful flavor. Tannic with medium acidity. Aged for at least 6 months in French and Spanish oak barrels. An excellent choice to accompany meat dishes and aged cheeses. This wine is at its best when allowed to breathe for a while in the glass.

Rosa Zarza

Production is limited to batches of 5,000 bottles. The grapes are harvested from vines planted in 1895, growing at an altitude of 810 meters. Aged for 16 months—90% in French oak barrels and 10% in Spanish oak barrels. The flavor is full-bodied and powerful, with balanced acidity and tannins. Pairs well with meat dishes, strong cheeses, and chocolate desserts.
