Here you’ll find our Cavas and Spumantes – in other words, our sparkling wines. Cavas are made using the traditional method, where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle.
We offer sparkling wines for every occasion and celebration!

Cava Brut Nature
A clean and fresh aroma with a pale yellow color. Fine, delicate bubbles. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with appetizers. Aged for 12–15 months before bottling.
Grapes: 40% Macabeo, 40% Xarel·lo, and 20% Parellada.

Cava Brut Nature Reserva
Greenish yellow with fine bubbles. The aroma reveals notes of almond and toasted bread. On the palate, it is round and well-balanced, with a rich, fruity character.
This Cava pairs beautifully with meats prepared with a variety of flavorful sauces – perfect to enjoy throughout the entire meal.
Grapes: 30% Macabeo, 40% Xarel·lo, and 30% Parellada.

Cava Brut Reserva
Pale yellow hue with a fresh aroma and hints of toasted almond. Fruity and round on the palate, with well-balanced acidity.An excellent companion to desserts. Organic wine.
Grapes: 40% Macabeo, 30% Xarel·lo, and 30% Parellada.

Cava Brut
Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections.
Clean and fresh on the nose, with aromas of toasted almonds and pastries. Round and well-balanced overall, this Cava is an excellent choice for after-dinner enjoyment or paired with desserts.
Grapes: 40% macabeo, 40% xarel.lo ja 20% parellada

Cava Pinot Noir Rosé
Clean and bright cherry-red color. Fruity with a medium-bodied finish. Ideal as an aperitif, and also pairs well with rice and noodle dishes or light meats.
Serving temperature: 6ºC.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Corazón Spumante Moscato
Pale yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles from slow fermentation and extended aging on the lees. Elegant aromas of white flowers like jasmine and complex citrus notes. On the palate, a well-balanced blend of natural grape sweetness, fresh acidity, and lively bubbles.
Grapes: Moscatel

Corazón Spumante Rosado
Pale pink color with fine, persistent bubbles from slow fermentation and extended lees aging. Complex aromas of pomegranate and raspberry, highlighting the best qualities of the Bobal grape. On the palate, a perfect balance between the lively bubbles and a smooth, creamy texture.

Corazón Spumante Blanco
Pale yellow with greenish highlights. Fine, persistent bubbles from slow fermentation and long lees aging. Aromas of white flowers, typical of the Macabeo variety. On the palate, delicate bubbles bring creaminess and balance the sweetness from residual sugars.
Grapes: Macabeo

DV Reserva Brut
Aged for at least 24 months on the lees, developing a complex and refined aroma. Pale golden hue with fresh fruit notes. The palate is dry, crisp, and full-bodied.
Grapes: Macabeo and Chardonnay

DV Authentique Brut Nature
Bright golden cava with fruity notes and pleasant acidity. Very dry and exceptionally fresh, with no added sugar. Aged on the lees for at least 18–24 months. An excellent choice as an aperitif.
Grapes: Macabeo and Xarel·lo

DV Esencia Semi-Seco
Intense fruity aromas. A semi-sweet yet crisp and well-balanced Cava, aged on the lees for 18 months. Pale golden in color. An excellent choice with desserts, for celebrations, or for those who enjoy sweeter wines.
Grapes: Macabeo and Chardonnay

DV Expession Brut
Dry and well-balanced, aged for a minimum of 18 months. Bright acidity with fresh, fruity citrus aromas and flavors. Pairs well with spicy dishes.
Grapes: Macabeo

Paloma Minguez Brut
Aromas of pear and apple with a citrusy hint. Persistent mousse. Aged 12 months in bottle. Organic wine. Excellent as an aperitif, and pairs well with fresh salads and seafood dishes.
Grapes: 80% Macabeo, 20% Chardonnay
