Genolí-Viura
One of the finest white wines of La Rioja, featuring an intense floral character. Notes of apple and citrus. Crisp acidity. The color is a bright pale yellow.
Grapes: 90% Viura, 10% others

Tempranillo
A deep purplish-red, full-bodied red wine. Young, fresh, and flavorful, with notes of red berries. Pairs excellently with light meat dishes, oily fish, and cheeses.
Grapes: Tempranillo
Alcohol: 13%

Reserva
A ruby-red and smooth red wine with herbal and dark chocolate notes. Balanced acidity and soft tannins. Aged for 18 months.
Grapes: 80% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano

Cuvée
A deep garnet-red, slightly brownish and full-bodied red wine. Toasty, herbal, and cocoa-like flavors. Soft tannins and a long-lasting finish. Pairs well with grilled meats.
Aged for 10 months.
Grapes: 70% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano, 10% Maturana Tinta

Maturana Blanca
Viña Ijalba has revived and reintroduced this grape variety to the market. Peachy and tropical aroma. Full-bodied, smooth, and with a long-lasting finish. Bright golden hue.
Pairs well with chicken and seafood.

Maturana Tinta
An exceptionally rare grape variety from Rioja. This deep dark red wine is intense and spicy, with notes of blackcurrant and blackberry.
Full-bodied with a long finish and soft tannins.

Graciano
A rare grape variety with a deep cherry red hue. A balanced, complex, and fruit-forward wine, with aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, and licorice.

Tradición Familiar
Limited edition! Aged for 24 months in barrel and 24 months in bottle.
The color is a deep, clear cherry red. The nose reveals notes of blackcurrant, cherry, and licorice. It has a pleasant acidity and a rich fruitiness.
Grapes: 50 % Tempranillo and 50 % Graciano

Olive Oil
Since 2001, Viña Ijalba has also been producing “liquid gold” — their own local olive oil. Although production is limited, the oil is notably more aromatic and of higher quality than many from the Mediterranean region.
It is made from the Arbequina variety, one of the most renowned and high-quality olive cultivars in La Rioja.
